Role Responsibilities

Conduct assessments of patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments, creating personalized treatment strategies

Implement physical therapy techniques aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, stability, and overall functionality

Coordinate with healthcare colleagues, including nurses, doctors, case managers, and rehabilitation specialists to optimize patient outcomes

Guide patients and their families through therapeutic objectives, discharge processes, and prescribed home exercises

Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress according to our guidelines and regulatory standards

Engage in team meetings and multi-disciplinary discussions to ensure seamless patient care

Educational Requirements

A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution

Necessary Certifications

State licensure as a Physical Therapist

CPR certification is preferred

Any specialized certifications (such as for geriatrics or neuro conditions) are a bonus

Desirable Skills

Experience in the field is strongly preferred
