What You'll Be Doing

No two days in this role are the same — each interaction carries its own significance. You'll play a vital role in guiding patients through the early stages of recovery, whether you are assisting someone in rediscovering their balance post-surgery or supporting an individual as they navigate the challenging journey of post-stroke rehabilitation.

This position is characterized by hands-on, high-touch interactions where clinical expertise merges with compassion. You'll assess patient needs, execute tailored treatment protocols, and modify care strategies as individuals progress. Collaborating with a diverse care team, you'll be indispensable in discharge planning and ensuring safe transitions back to their homes.

The position requires both precision and genuine engagement — but the rewards are boundless. Here, your impact is immediate, and the care you provide can genuinely transform lives.
