Location: Cottonwood, MN
Compensation: $24.00-$28.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8-hour shifts | On-site Job Type: Direct Hire

What You'll Do:
Create detailed construction documents, SIP shop drawings, and panel plans for a variety of building projects
Review project specifications, CAD models, and drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements
Analyze project information and determine the most effective panel layouts and design solutions
Communicate technical information with clients, project managers, engineers, and internal team members
Maintain organized project documentation while managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
What You Need to Bring:
1+ year of drafting and/or AutoCAD experience preferred
Degree and/or experience in construction, building science, engineering, architecture, or a related field preferred
Proficiency with AutoCAD required; Revit or similar drafting software experience preferred
Strong math aptitude and understanding of structural and architectural concepts
Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills
