We strive to be a positive symbol in the communities we serve and challenge ourselves to get better every day.What You'll DoPerforming residential drain cleaning, jetting, cabling, and related service work.Providing camera inspections for mainline stoppages within 24 hours of the reported issue.Diagnosing drain and sewer issues and clearly explaining your findings to customers.Building strong customer relationships while delivering a professional, 5-star experience.Educating customers about sewer repairs, replacements, maintenance, and preventative solutions.Helping customers understand their options and choose the solution that best fits their needs.Taking ownership of your work, performance, and revenue goals.Creating an experience that earns customer referrals and repeat business.Working alongside Customer Service and Dispatch to keep jobs running smoothly.Maintaining and protecting your service vehicle, tools, and equipment.Keeping your truck properly stocked and ready for the day.Participating in hands-on training, team meetings, and ongoing development.Learning from experienced technicians and helping mentor apprentices as you grow.Completing invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets accurately and on time.What We're Looking ForA valid driver's license and clean driving record.At least 1 year of Drain Technician experience.Knowledge of local plumbing codes is preferred.Strong communication and customer service skills.A professional attitude and positive mindset.The ability to work independently while being part of a team.A willingness to learn new technology, techniques, and best practices.Your Career.
