You'll diagnose problems, provide solutions, and deliver an exceptional experience from the moment you arrive.Your responsibilities will include:Follow Cranney's 6-Step Customer Service SystemTroubleshoot and diagnose drain and plumbing issuesIdentify the root cause of problemsPerform drain cleaning using snake machines and drain jettersPerform general drain clearing and repairsClearly explain problems and recommended solutions to customersEducate customers on their plumbing and drain systemsProvide professional, high-quality workmanshipMaintain a clean, professional appearance and work environmentFollow company safety standards and proceduresWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is confident in their technical abilities and understands that exceptional service is just as important as excellent workmanship.You'll need:3+ years of drain service experienceJetting experience — requiredPlumbing experience — a plusOSHA 10 certification — a plusStrong customer service skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work independentlyStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsValid driver's license and clean driving recordDependability, professionalism, and a positive attitudePride in your work and commitment to doing the job rightWhat Does Success Look Like?At Cranney, we believe expectations should be clear and our technicians should have the opportunity to succeed.Success in this role means:Completing an average of 4 calls per dayWorking toward a 90% conversion rate goalMeeting daily revenue targetsDelivering exceptional customer experiencesMaintaining high-quality workmanshipMinimizing callbacks through proper diagnosis and quality workDemonstrating professionalism, reliability, and accountabilityBeing a positive and dependable member of the Cranney teamWhy Cranney?We're building more than a service company — we're building a team of professionals who want to be proud of where they work.At Cranney Home Services, your success matters.
