As a Drain Technician at My Plumber Plus, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality drain cleaning services while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to diagnosing drain issues and recommending appropriate solutions.In exchange for your commitment, we provide:Affordable, high-quality health, dental & vision insurance401(k) w/ company matchPaid vacation, sick and personal daysOn-going growth opportunities throughout our Sila Services Family of CompaniesParental LeaveShort term disability, long term disability, and company paid life insurancePaid training/ongoing educationCompany vehicle, gas card, and tabletResponsibilities:Complete all drain cleaning, jetting, and cable work related to in-home, service calls.Provide Camera service for mainline stoppagesDescribe diagnosed problems to customers and provides solutionsEngage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, effectively communicating drain issues and recommended solutions to generate sales opportunities by explaining the features and benefits of each solution.Obtain agreement for services before performing workIdentify opportunities to upsell additional services or products to customers, maximizing revenue potential.Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service experiences and resolving any customer concerns or issues promptly.Maintain truck inventory of parts and restock truck to minimum stock levelsBe able to remove and reset a toilet and a p-trapOperate equipment in a safe mannerWear all applicable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff, and co-workersParticipation in required staff meetings and trainingRequirements:2 or more years of sewer and drain cleaning, replacement, and sales experienceExperience operating a sewer cameraService Titan experience a plus!Working knowledge of septic systems, sewer and drain systems, and underground pipingRepairing underground drains and sewers using conventional excavation methods or experience using trenchless pipe replacement equipment would be a plusPersonable and professionalHigh integrity and strong communication skills$21 - $25 an hour plus incentives
