Job description
Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, Idaho seeks a Design Verification Engineer to validate DRAM architectures from concept to silicon. You will develop patterns, build digital and mixed-signal test benches, debug issues, and collaborate with global teams to ensure fast, reliable memory designs.
Requirements include SystemVerilog/UVM, CMOS understanding, and debugging skills. Knowledge of HSPICE, VerilogHDL, and scripting is a plus.
