POSITION TITLE / LOCATION Drawing Operator Two Rivers
JOB CLASSIFICATION
The operator has the responsibility to identify any non-conformity in the Quality System as it relates to their area of responsibility and report it to the Production Manager, P.I. Department or ISO Management representative.
POSITION REPORTS TO: VOH Supervisor
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Operator ensures adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental responsibilities as outlined in company policies and procedures and plant specific policies. Handle non-conforming materials by correcting issues or notifying supervisor.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow all department safety rules

Standing and walking 10 to 11 hours per shift.
Creeling sliver
transporting full and empty cans
cleaning drawing area
identifiying band color
identifies and responds to indicator lights
Repair creel breaks

1. Standing: Standing/walking approx. 8 hrs. per day 95% ofday
Sitting: Ability to sit down 10% of day
Moving: Ability to move throughout plant 95% of day
Lifting: up to 20 lbs. 25% of day
Ascending/Descending: Ability to walk upstairs, climbing & using ladders 90% day
Push/Pull/Reach: 40 to 50 lbs. force to push. 95% of day
Bending: Ability to pick up objects from the floor 25% of day
Visual Acuity: Read identification labels, complete required forms 100% of day
9. Cognitive: Alert. Able to make decisions, reason, and understand information. 100% of day
10. Pulmonary: Ability to work in cotton dust environment. Meet cotton pulmonary function requirements. 100% of day
WORK ENVIRONMENT/SAFETY-SENSITIVE POSITION
This job operates in a manufacturing facility. This position is a safety-sensitive position and regularly works around moving mechanical parts and powered industrial vehicles. Noise level is generally loud. Temperatures can be more than 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Humidity level can be more than 98% for 100% of day.
SHIFT/WORK HOURS
Shift schedule will depend on open positions at time of hire and will be communicated with new hire paperwork. Weekends and holidays are scheduled depending on business demands.
Shift: 11 PM - 7 AM
