The ideal candidate will operate and monitor drawing equipment, follow production orders, and ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes in a fast-paced industrial environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate drawing and production equipment in accordance with work instructionsRead and interpret production orders and instrumentation on complex equipmentMonitor machine performance and make necessary adjustmentsFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environmentCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goalsPerform routine checks and report any equipment issuesMaintain accurate production and operational recordsMust-Have QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to read and comprehend production orders and instrumentation on fairly complex equipmentAbility to follow instructions and work effectively with othersStrong reliability and good attendance recordNice-To-Have QualificationsWillingness to work day or night shifts on a continuous 7-day work cycleAbility to push/pull 50–120 lbsAbility to stand for the entire shiftAbility to read and comprehend EnglishComfortable with physically demanding tasks including walking, climbing, bending, and pushingAbility to handle reel setup requiring up to 140 pounds of forceRequired SkillsStrong attention to detail and safety awarenessAbility to operate and monitor industrial machineryGood teamwork and communication skillsPhysical stamina and enduranceBasic mechanical aptitudeEducation & CertificationHigh School Diploma or GED (required)Additional technical or vocational training (preferred)Work EnvironmentManufacturing / Industrial production settingPhysically demanding roleRequires standing, walking, lifting, and equipment handlingRotational shifts (day/night) may be required
