About the Role
Everyone has that trip they've been talking about forever. Your role is to help turn those ideas into actual travel plans.
As a Dream Trip Planner, you'll help research and organize vacations ranging from relaxing beach escapes and cruises to family adventures and international bucket-list trips. You'll learn how to use travel resources and supplier platforms to help travelers find options that fit what they're looking for.
What You'll Do
Learn about travelers' vacation ideas, preferences, and priorities
Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and experiences
Compare options based on travel style and budget
Help organize the different pieces of a vacation
Research attractions, excursions, and memorable experiences
Stay current on destinations, seasonal travel, and promotions
Participate in ongoing travel and supplier training
Provide helpful and professional communication throughout the planning process
What We're Looking For
Enthusiasm for travel and discovering new destinations
Enjoyment of planning, researching, and comparing options
Strong attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple details
Comfortable learning online tools and resources
Self-motivated and able to work independently
No previous travel industry experience required
Basic Requirements
Reside in US, LATAM, Australia, UK or EU
Access to reliable internet connection
