Job description
ConocoPhillips is seeking an experienced Drilling Engineer for our Midland, Texas operations. This on-site role will lead wells planning and execution, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective drilling programs across unconventional assets.
You will mentor teammates and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to optimize performance. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 3+ years in drilling engineering, with proficiency in WellView or Landmark.
