HDR is seeking a Drinking Water Market Sector Director to lead strategic growth across HDR geographies, coordinating with leadership, client managers, and directors. The role drives top-line growth, development of market-sector initiatives, and cross-portfolio collaboration.
The ideal candidate has 15+ years in drinking water planning/engineering, a PE license, and a track record in client development and staff leadership. Travel and leadership in industry associations are expected.
