HDR is seeking a Drinking Water Market Sector Director to lead strategy, client development, and pursuit execution across HDR geographies. This role collaborates with Market Sector and Regional leadership, operational teams, and client managers to drive top-line NFB growth and implement sector initiatives.
Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in drinking water, PE registration, and a proven ability to develop strategic positioning, win strategies, and staff development.
