Job description
SONIC Drive-In in Texas is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure quality food, cleanliness and guest satisfaction while leading a high-performing team.
You will hire, train, and develop staff, manage the P&L, and drive sales in a fast-paced franchise setting, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, with a preference for prior QSR management and an associate degree.
