Drive Thru Sales PositionThe Drive Thru Sales position at Builders in Kearney, NE, is crucial for ensuring a seamless customer experience in our warehouse and lumberyard operations. This role focuses on engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the right products and solutions efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing orders, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Ultimately, the Drive Thru Sales representative plays a key role in driving the success of our business by delivering exceptional service and support to our valued clients.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in retail or customer service.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the lumber or construction industry.Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management.Ability to lift and carry heavy items safely.Responsibilities:Greet customers at the drive-thru and assist them with their product inquiries and orders.Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to provide informed recommendations.Manage inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves and displays as needed.Ensure the drive-thru area is clean, organized, and safe for both customers and staff.Skills:The required skills for this position, such as strong communication and interpersonal abilities, are essential for effectively engaging with customers and understanding their needs. Daily interactions will require the candidate to listen actively and provide tailored solutions, enhancing the overall customer experience. Familiarity with retail operations and point-of-sale systems will enable the candidate to process transactions smoothly and manage inventory efficiently.
