We provide the vehicle for your shift at no cost to you, including fuel, maintenance, and insurance. Simply sign up for available shifts, pick up your vehicle, and start earning. Drivers are paid hourly (not

Work when it works for you. Flex Drivers have the ability to pick up available shifts based on business needs and personal availability.

Available shifts may include:

- Mornings
/n
- Afternoons
/n
- Evenings
/n
- Weekends
/n

/n
Hourly Rate: $19.61 + tips
/n
/n
What You'll Do
/n
/n
- Safely transport passengers who you connect with through the Uber app
/n
- Deliver a friendly, professional experience and respond to passenger needs
/n
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading items
/n
- Use GPS and maps to determine optimal routes
/n
- Follow all company safety procedures and protect company assets
/n
- Complete required pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections
/n
- Retrieve and return vehicles during each shift
/n
/n
/n
What We're Looking For
/n
/n
- Must be 23 years of age or older
/n
- Valid California driver's license
/n
- Minimum one year of licensed driving experience
/n
- Personal smartphone required
/n
- Fluent in English (read, write, and speak)
/n
- Flexible availability to work shifts as needed
/n
/n
