Job description
NFI Industries is seeking a Driver Recruiting Manager to lead the recruitment of drivers and independent contractors across the organization. You will partner with field leaders to understand workforce needs and execute advertising, job fairs, and social media initiatives to grow the candidate pipeline.
The role oversees recruiters, drives data integrity in Tenstreet ATS, develops KPIs, and reports weekly updates to Operations Leadership.
