About the Role
One of our clients — an established wholesale distributor of equipment and supplies — is looking for a reliable Driver/Warehouse Associate to join their Phoenix team. In this role, you'll be the vital link between the warehouse and the customer, handling everything from inventory upkeep to on-time delivery of products and materials. What You'll Do
Load and unload products daily, ensuring safe and efficient handling
Deliver and transport freight and materials to customer locations
Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise
Verify received items against orders to ensure accuracy
Pick, verify, and prepare customer orders for shipment
Collect signed invoices and return them to the appropriate manager
Complete daily maintenance checklists for trucks and forklifts, and log in/out times
Support physical inventory counts and general inventory control
Interpret work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine what needs to be moved or shipped
Deliver excellent service to external customers
Keep the warehouse and grounds clean, organized, and safe
Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
Take on other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
Required:
At least 24 months of current, verifiable experience driving a 22'+ box truck or stake bed truck
Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to meet daily deadlines
Familiarity with LTL (less-than-truckload) and full truckload logistics
Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
A willingness to learn and grow within the organization
Must be 21 years of age or older
Demonstrated commitment to safety and customer service
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
Preferred:
6+ months of warehouse experience, including forklift operation
Familiarity with equipment/logistics operations in a related trade
High School Diploma or GED
