Job description
Johnson & Johnson in Wilson, North Carolina seeks an experienced Automation Engineering Manager, Drug Product Manufacturing Lead, to architect and deliver highly automated Drug Product processes from formulation through packaging. You will lead a multi-disciplinary automation team, drive strategy, and ensure lifecycle stewardship in a cGMP environment.
The role requires 8+ years in industrial automation, strong ISA-95/88 knowledge, and proven leadership with system integrators and suppliers.
