Job description
Spyre Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Director, Drug Safety Physician to drive pharmacovigilance in a fast-growing biotech setting. You will review ICDRs, contribute to DSURs, and support safety strategy across the antibody portfolio.
You will lead cross-functional safety discussions, develop safety plans, and ensure compliance with global regulations, while collaborating with trial teams and iDMCs as needed.
