Job description
As an Assistant Store Manager , you support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and assisting with all operations. You provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.
What Youll Do:
* Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service - train, coach and lead by example
* Develop relationships to grow store business
* Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
* Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet store goals
* Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs
* Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
