Job description
As a Dry Goods Keyholder , you play an important role in supporting the management team with store operations. Your focus is to provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.
What Youll Do:
* Own the customer experience - greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
* Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
* Develop relationships to grow your business
* Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience
* Unpack and display stock
* Maintain a visually appealing and clean store
* Assist with new hire training
* Open and close the store for business
* Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
