Job description
Independence TX LLC in Strasburg, OH is seeking a Dry Plant Manager to run the dry processing side of our frac sand facility end to end. You will oversee drying, screening, conveying, storage, loadout, and finished product quality, leading the dry plant team and coordinating with Maintenance, QC, and Logistics to hit production goals.
The role requires 5+ years in frac sand/mining or industrial processing, strong leadership and MSHA Part 46 training.
