Job TitleThis is a role for a multi-skilled person who will be able to perform multiple different repairs. Most of which will be 1 to 2 day projects. Workload will be focused on drywall finishing/texturing & light carpentry.Benefits401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offBasic RequirementsPersonal vehicle for reliable transportation to and from residential job sites.Personal smart phone.High School Diploma or equivalentAssociates or Bachelor's degree in a plus but not requiredKey SkillsHighly OrganizedAbility to multi-task and prioritizeHigh level CommunicatorAptitude in Microsoft officeEvaluated OnQuality of overall finished productTimeliness of project completionCustomer Satisfaction as per the Net Promoter scoreProductivity on a per job basis as measured by work order budgetsOverall Duties IncludeRemoving and Replacing Popcorn texture.Skim CoatingCoating/Removing Knockdown texture and replacingHanging drywallPatching drywallSeam/joint repairInterior painting, staining and finishingExterior painting and stainingDetaching/resetting light fixtures, hvac registers, etc. in preparation of painting and drywall.Minor carpentry – resetting casing, baseboard, etc.High Level Job Duties IncludeProfessionally represent the PDR principles of honesty and integrity.Contribute to promoting and marketing Paul Davis to referral sources.Interface with crew lead and production manager in the preparation of all new projects.Maintain constant communication with crew lead.Start job in a timely manner.Inspect all work completed for quality standard controls.Maintain professionalism with project conditions: (i.e.: workmanship, homeowner relationships, safety, cleanliness, and trades people conduct).Interface with crew lead regarding project progress, completion, and conditions.Professionally handle any and all complaints.Complete punch list items such as, but not limited to: clean up, light carpentry, minor repairs, etc..May be asked from time to time to perform additional tasks as needed for Emergency Services such as, water clean up, board up, tarping, equipment set up, contents cleaning and other emergency services.HoursAvailable to work full time Monday through Friday with a standard start time of 7-8am until 5pm with the occasional evening/weekend.Contribute and participate in the on-call rotation.Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hourSince 1966, Paul Davis has been an industry leader in the areas of property damage mitigation, reconstruction and remodeling.
