We are always looking for driven, enthusiastic people to join our team.Job SummaryTo maintain existing buildings and equipment in a manner consistent to current building codes, ADA and CARF requirements. To construct any additional fixtures and maintenance needs to above requirements.Essential Duties & Responsibilities(Electrical controls only) Install and maintain electrical, lighting and power circuits.Install and maintain plumbing for light industrial usage.Perform light carpentry, drywall and painting as needed.Follow sound preventive maintenance for all above equipment.Maintain adequate personal hand tools and inform supervisor when such are broken or lost.Other duties may be assigned.Comply with all Agency policies, procedures and safety standards throughout work areas and maintain same to meet CARF, HIPAA, Department of Labor and other regulatory standards.Supervisory Responsibilities: NoneEducation Requirements: High School education preferred but not required.Experience Requirements: Two years' experience in an industrial maintenance position preferred.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
