Commercial Drywall SuperintendentLocation: Seattle, WACompany Overview: A growing commercial drywall company specializing in tenant improvements and multi-family residential projects in the Seattle area is looking to add a great Superintendent to our team! We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, safety, and innovation, creating spaces that enhance our communities.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Drywall Superintendent to oversee drywall installation and finishing operations for our tenant improvement and multi-family projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams, ensuring project deadlines, and maintaining high standards of workmanship.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate all drywall activities on multiple job sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Provide leadership and direction to drywall crews, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Schedule and manage materials delivery, ensuring adequate supplies for ongoing projects.Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that arise and adjust work plans as necessary.Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and time tracking.Qualifications-Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Drywall Superintendent, specifically in commercial tenant improvements and multi-family construction.-Strong knowledge of drywall installation techniques, materials, and industry standards.-Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.-Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.-Familiarity with construction safety regulations and best practices.-Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs.What We Offer-Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.-Benefits package, including health insurance, company truck, and paid time off.-Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.-A supportive and collaborative work culture.
