Now Hiring: Punchlist / Carpentry / Drywall Technicians – 1099 Contractor OpportunitiesCompany: Superior Contracting & Maintenance Division: Construction Services (CS) Side Location: Greenville, SCSuperior Contracting & Maintenance is currently seeking experienced punchlist, carpentry, and drywall professionals to join our contractor network for residential maintenance work orders and renovation-related projects.This opportunity is ideal for independent contractors looking for flexible scheduling, ongoing project opportunities, and reliable payment processing throughout the year.Contractors in this role will complete residential drywall, punchlist, carpentry, and general repair projects while maintaining quality workmanship, professionalism, and communication with project managers and clients.ResponsibilitiesRepair and replace damaged drywall in residential propertiesInstall drywall for renovation and repair projectsPrepare surfaces including cutting, measuring, patching, and fittingApply compound, texture, sanding, and finishing work as neededMaintain safe and organized job sitesCommunicate with Project Managers regarding timelines and project updatesUpload photos, notes, and updates through the vendor portal systemRequirementsStrong communication skills and dependable work ethicMust own tools and reliable transportation (truck, van, or SUV preferred)Ability to work independently and manage service-related projectsPreferred: 5+ years of experience in drywall, carpentry, punchlist, maintenance, or related tradesAbility to transport tools and equipment as neededValid driver's license requiredComfortable using online portals and mobile communication systemsMust currently reside and work within the United StatesDisqualifiersInability to provide valid W9 or Tax ID documentationFailure to complete onboarding or portal trainingPoor communication or repeated missed appointmentsLack of tools or reliable transportationWhat We OfferFlexible scheduling with ongoing residential work opportunitiesFast direct deposit payment processingNo lead-generation fees or subscription costsSupport from Project Managers and Vendor Management teamsOpportunity to supplement your current business or workloadIf you are dependable, experienced, and interested in ongoing residential maintenance opportunities, we encourage you to apply.To ApplyPlease TEXT ONLY to with:NameBrief experienceService areaYears of experiencePlease text between 8 AM and 6 PM.
