Construction TechnicianExpress Employment Professionals is seeking a construction technician specializing in drywall and painting to join a local business. Several years of drywall experience is required.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform reconstruction and repair tasks to include anything drywall related.Painting and finishing work.Framing, installation of doors.Other related tasks as assigned.Job RequirementsPhysically able to safely stoop, bend, lift and maneuver heavy items (appliances, furniture, building materials, debris etc.)Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds regularly without assistance.Work well as part of a team and on occasion with minimal supervision.Communicate effectively and appropriately to work with supervisor, coworkers, employer, and clients.Pass background check and drug screening to employer's satisfaction.Valid driver's license.Work Hours & ScheduleFull-time position40 hours per weekNormal business hours 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, 30-minute meal break
