If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship, we invite you to apply and become part of our growing company.Key Responsibilities:Finish drywall surfaces to achieve a smooth, even, and professional appearanceApply primer, paint, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and surfaces in restoration projectsPrepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and patching imperfectionsFollow project specifications and safety guidelines to ensure quality and safety standards are metCollaborate with team members and project managers to complete projects on time and within scopeMaintain tools and equipment in good condition and ensure a clean work environmentSkills and Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in drywall finishing and painting, preferably in the restoration industryProficiency in drywall taping, sanding, and finishing techniquesStrong knowledge of painting methods, materials, and surface preparationAbility to read and interpret project specifications and blueprintsExcellent attention to detail and craftsmanshipGood communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a teamValid driver's license and reliable transportation preferredWillingness to be on-call for emergency situations, including nights, weekends, and holidaysJoin our team and enjoy a collaborative work environment that values quality, professionalism, and growth.
