Job description
Northeast Kingdom Human Services (NKHS) is seeking a DS Team Leader to support individuals receiving IDD services and oversee their staff. The role involves assisting staff in following Individual Support Agreements and ensuring services are provided with respect and adherence to regulations.
The ideal candidate will supervise employees, provide necessary training, manage individual and cost center budgets, and handle various crises as they arise. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the community.
