Job TitleMaintains and records incoming radio calls on a radio logReceives public and team member inquiries in person or by telephone in a polite and professional mannerPossess and maintain thorough knowledge of skill in the use of radio codes, signals and call letters or numbers used by Dakota Sioux Casino Security departmentPossess and maintain thorough knowledge of policies and procedures of the Dakota Sioux Casino Security department and the Security operations manual; includes confidentialityDispatch officers by radio, telephone or in personMaintains files and memorandumsMonitors the clocking in and out of all team membersOther duties as assignedPosition RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED equivalentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work irregular hoursDependable and punctualMust be physically fit and able to lift 40+ lbs.Must complete all security certifications within one year of hire in accordance with the gaming commissions rules and regulationsMust obtain a Key Gaming License upon hireEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
