As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll find purpose in helping others live fuller, more independent lives by:
* Providing compassionate personal care and daily living support
* Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping
* Supporting individuals with personal hygiene needs
* Administering medications as directed by medical professionals
* Attending community outings and events to encourage involvement and connection
* Understanding and following each individual's unique support plans and needs
