Behavioral Support Specialist (DSP) Direct SupportAt ViaQuest Residential Services our DSPs provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Training for this position is provided in its entirety so no experience is required. We provide training!Those who are interested in starting a career in healthcare.Those interested in gaining more experience in the IDD field.Those who want to gain experience while taking classes or those without a degree.Candidates of all ages (high school graduates - retirees).Requirements for this position include:At least 18 years of age.High school diploma or GED is required.Personal, reliable vehicle that you're willing and able to use to transport individuals served.Valid OH driver's license and car insurance.Motor Vehicle Record Must meet ViaQuest's Authorized Driver CriteriaCan push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.
