Job description
New River Valley Community Services New Life Recovery Center seeks a Direct Service Professional Lead to oversee day-to-day operations on a residential treatment unit. This role mentors Direct Service Professionals, models trauma-informed, person-centered care, and ensures a safe, recovery-oriented environment.
As shift leader, you collaborate with the Program Supervisor and clinical team to maintain consistency across shifts and support residents in ASAM Level 3.5 recovery services.
