Job description
Support Solutions, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP) Team Leader to supervise a team delivering care in a residential setting, guided by individualized care plans and a culture of dignity and empowerment.
The role requires at least 40 hours weekly, including DSP and administrative duties, with strong emphasis on training, documentation, scheduling, and collaboration with the Residential Service Coordinator to maintain safety and program quality.
