OakLeaf Clinics - Rice Lake is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician or dual-boarded Internal Medicine/Pediatrics physician to join our primary care practice.
Responsibilities include patient evaluation, treatment planning, prescribing medications, and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in a clinic and hospital setting in Rice Lake, Wisconsin.
