Job description
Infinity Health Community Clinic Co. is seeking an experienced Dual licensed PMHNP-BC and FNP-BC to join our team as a Nurse Practitioner.
You will manage a changing caseload across primary care, mental health, and infectious disease, assess needs, order tests, interpret results, and provide diagnoses, prescriptions, and referrals as needed. You will also handle patient reporting, charting, and assist physicians with complex cases.
