Job description
Health Dimensions Group seeks a Dual Site Executive Director to oversee two CBRF senior living communities in Beaver Dam and Fitchburg WI. You will lead operations, ensure resident care, and drive financial performance while maintaining regulatory compliance.
You’ll mentor the leadership team, manage budgets and occupancy, guide QA and survey readiness, and partner with regional teams to sustain high occupancy and service excellence.
