Job description
True North Consultants, Inc. in Nassau County, NY is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our established FQHC team. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with day shifts and duties across two locations.
You will provide comprehensive care, perform tests and imaging, prescribe treatments, educate patients, and coordinate with specialists. Board certification or eligibility in IM/PM or Family Medicine is required, with NY licensure and ability to travel between sites.
