Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJoin a locally respected hauling company as a CDL Dump Truck Driver for the 2026 season. This position offers steady, local work with no overnight travel—drivers are home every night. The role focuses on operating well-maintained tri-axle dump trucks (8LL manual transmission) to transport gravel, rubble, millings, and landscape materials between pits and job sites. The company values reliability, safety, and straightforward communication, providing a supportive atmosphere with consistent hours during the peak season and optional winter work for those interested.

Responsibilities

Operate a tri-axle dump truck (8LL manual) to haul gravel, rubble, millings, and landscape materials locally

Back into residential and commercial job sites, often in tight spaces

Safely interact with on-site crews and heavy equipment

Tarp and secure loads to ensure safe transport

Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

Maintain a professional and reliable presence on the job

Qualifications

Valid CDL Class B license (Class A is a plus)

Experience operating dump trucks, preferably tri-axle

Proficient with 8LL manual transmissions

Strong backing and maneuvering skills in confined areas

Dependable and punctual work ethic

Compensation

$25–$35 per hour based on experience. Overtime available during peak season.
