Join our family-oriented company where work-life balance is a priority! We're seeking skilled and reliable Dump Truck Drivers to transport materials to and from job sites safely and efficiently.
What We Offer:
Work Schedule: Sunday through Thursday Nights with Fridays and Saturdays off. Weekend work is available sometimes if you want the extra hours.
Pay: First-year drivers average from $60,000 to $80,000 annually. Average hourly rate from $25-$27 depending on experience, with potential for Growth and Overtime Pay.
Hours: 40 hours per week, with the potential for 50 to 60 hours based on availability and weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
Operate dump trucks safely and efficiently on construction sites.
Transport materials such as C & D and gravel to designated locations.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including material types, quantities, and delivery locations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while driving.
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and materials transported.
Qualifications:
Valid CDL Class A or B license
Must have had CDL for at least 2 years.
Must have asphalt hauling experience.
No points on a 7-year MVR.
No DUI, Careless or Reckless Driving citations in last 10 year.
Must be live in the local delivery area and be familiar with the area in and around Buncombe, Madison and Hendersonville County.
Supplemental Pay:
First Quarter new hire attendance and safety bonus.
Overtime Pay.
