Your Role
As a crew Member you will be responsible for providing fast, friendly, and accurate customer service to each of our guests while working as part of the service team.
Prepare food and beverages according to Dunkin Brands standards
Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service in accordance with the Six Steps of Service
Encourage a positive work environment consistent with the Company values
Cleaning and general store maintenance
Performing food safety and product quality reviews as required
Follow all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security.
