Job description
Polaris Inc. is seeking a Senior Durability Engineer to lead development, validation, and deployment of advanced durability methods using CAE/FEA tools.
You will drive innovations in fatigue analysis, nonlinear simulations, and joint modeling, while standardizing load cases and post-processing to improve scalability and repeatability. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with global teams, and integrate physical test data to influence early-stage vehicle development decisions.
