Job description

Oyster is seeking a lead in-house Dutch payroll expert in a remote-first setup, owning end-to-end payroll and building scalable workflows for Netherlands operations.

You will manage master data, statutory filings, and system configurations (AFAS, Nmbrs by Visma, Loket.nl), while advising on payroll tax and social insurance. The role requires Dutch fluency and strong collaboration with global teams.
