Job description
Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Lead Engineer for the DXP Solutions team to drive technical leadership and design scalable microservices on the InSight DXP platform. You will lead cross-functional squads to transform requirements into high-performance, secure digital transformation solutions.
The role requires 7+ years of software development, 3+ years in a technical lead position, and strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Python, React, REST, cloud, and DevOps practices.
