Regional Property Management Company in New Windsor, NY is seeking an energetic Janitorial Superintendent for an apartment complex. The role demands hands-on experience in building and grounds maintenance and the ability to perform light handiwork as needed.
Candidates must have stable experience in a similar position, strong interpersonal skills, and a professional appearance. One opening requires onsite residency; the other does not. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
