Job description
KeyBank in Danbury, CT is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team, deliver outstanding client service, and grow small business relationships. You will coach staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and execute the Branch Playbook to meet branch goals while reflecting Key's values in the local community.
The role requires 3+ years in sales leadership, small business deposit/credit experience, and strong communication skills. A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
