Job description
Southwest Healthcare Services is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in managing clinical operations, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance. The ADON will lead clinical rounds, coordinate care, and help implement policies.
This role requires a current RN license, prior supervisory experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.
