Job description
RADHealth+ in Lapeer, MI is urgently hiring a Manager of Operations for the Operating Room for a 13-week assignment. This day-shift role requires 3 years of OR management experience and BLS certification. Local pay is $90-$95 per hour, with a weekly travel pay package for those living 50+ miles away.
You will supervise nurses, technologists, and support staff; coordinate daily OR scheduling and workflow; manage budgets and purchasing; and uphold compliance and sterile processing standards.
