Job description
Ridgeview in Waconia, MN is seeking a full-time Surgical Technician to provide patient care in the operating room under the supervision of the RN circulator. You will help prepare the sterile field, support the surgeon during procedures, and ensure safe, efficient operating room workflow.
Ideal candidates graduate from an approved Surgical Technician program or hold a Minnesota Practical Nurse license, with knowledge of sterile technique and strong teamwork in a high-stress environment.
